Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted LMHC license in Florida.
\n
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient environment.

• Proficient in using technology, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families.

• Comfortable and skilled in conducting intake assessments to ensure effective client evaluations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 based on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates which are paid ahead of collections, eliminating waiting periods for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
