The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient, formulating personalized and evidence-based treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address common mental health concerns while fostering a sense of community.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in New York State.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
