Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing our team members the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a structured schedule. The regular workweek lasts from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our telehealth platform provides a robust and secure framework to conduct assessments and therapy sessions effectively, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for senior clients, gathering pertinent information to inform tailored care plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping elderly patients address emotional challenges related to aging, loss, and life transitions.

Your primary focus will be on serving a senior population, addressing their unique emotional and mental health needs. Clients may present with a range of challenges including depression, anxiety, grief, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in the state of New York.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, specifically in geriatric mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
