Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that incorporate client history, presenting issues, and treatment goals to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Support clients through the development of personalized coping strategies aimed at improving emotional resilience and mental health stability.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that promote shared experiences and communal healing, guiding discussions focused on personal growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and active LMHC license in the state of Oregon.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
