Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans that address both pre-crisis and crisis situations.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and interventions as guided by the clinical team and incorporate feedback to refine treatment approaches.

• Document clinical services and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards and timelines.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to clients’ needs.

• Engage with licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that all practices meet established guidelines and quality standards.

• Act as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and service systems to facilitate access to resources and implement supportive networks for clients.

• Participate in networking opportunities to establish relationships with local and state organizations and seek out new partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Contribute to the agency's mission by integrating its values and principles into daily practice and community interactions.

• Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to continually enhance professional skills and stay updated on best practices within the field.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall mission of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMHC will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals managing mental health issues, those in recovery from substance use, and clients dealing with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, our compensation package includes:
