This position is entirely remote, allowing our counselors to provide flexible services through telehealth platforms. The scheduling provides a balance that promotes work-life harmony, with full-time hours ranging between 30 to 40 hours weekly. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that may include pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.

• Implement evidence-based screening tools and methodologies, determining the most appropriate techniques for each client's unique situation.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to formulate and execute effective positive behavior support plans.
\n
• Take an active role in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our services meet high-quality standards.

• Act as a liaison to state agencies and community organizations, fostering relationships that enhance service delivery and resource availability.

• Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders to uphold contract standards and advance the organization's mission within the community.

• Engage in networking with local, state, and national organizations to cultivate partnerships that may lead to new program opportunities and funding sources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC at Brightside Therapy Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing emotional challenges, those in recovery from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. You will play a crucial role in helping these individuals navigate their unique challenges while empowering them to achieve better mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Must possess an Independent LMHC License issued by the state board.
