Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at addressing various mental health issues, fostering support among participants.

• Employ therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to cultivate comprehensive care strategies, ensuring holistic support for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with diverse individuals and families who experience mental health challenges, often in underserved populations with limited access to care. Qualifications\n

• A current and active license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload preferences.
