Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and lay the foundation for effective treatment planning.

• Develop and implement detailed, individualized treatment plans, crisis intervention strategies, and positive behavior support plans in collaboration with clinical teams.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely submission of all necessary paperwork.

• Engage actively in the accreditation process, ensuring that our services meet all necessary standards for quality care.

• Serve as a key liaison among various service systems, including state agencies and community organizations, to facilitate comprehensive client care.

• Create open channels of communication with stakeholders to promote our mission in the community and foster program development.

• Participate in professional development opportunities, including attending conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings relevant to mental health expertise.

• Advocate for clients and promote access to additional resources that support their recovery and wellness journeys.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the team's overarching goals.
