Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based screening tools as recommended by the clinical team to facilitate effective intervention strategies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, aligning with best practices in behavioral health.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our service delivery standards.

• Act as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure comprehensive client support.

• Develop and manage relationships with local and state organizations to explore new partnerships and funding opportunities that support our mission.

• Pursue professional development opportunities through workshops, conferences, and representation at community events to enhance expertise and agency visibility.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to assist in maintaining a high level of service provision.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
