Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an active caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics while fostering positive working relationships.

• Conduct regular sessions to evaluate client progress, discuss stability, and determine appropriate discharge when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and rigorously monitor personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their mental health needs are met.
\n
• Document client interactions meticulously, maintaining up-to-date progress notes and assessments in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Perform detailed intake assessments for new clients to accurately identify needs and create tailored treatment strategies.
\n
• Take part in individual supervision meetings to enhance professional growth and clinical practice.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the organization to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain a growth mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for professional and personal development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse range of clients, including individuals, children, and families grappling with various mental health issues. Our patient population requires empathetic and effective counseling approaches tailored to their unique needs. This role focuses on fostering safe therapeutic relationships that empower clients on their paths to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling.
\n
• Current, unrestricted, independent status as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is required.

• Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Excel spreadsheets and clinical management systems such as RMS and PIMSY.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families.
\n
• Comfort in conducting intake assessments and maintaining thorough client documentation.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in telehealth or remote counseling settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to compensating our team competitively. Additional benefits include:
