Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client, including crisis plans and positive behavior support strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as dictated by clinical needs to ensure accurate assessments and treatment efficacy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to strategize and implement behavior support plans, fostering a unified approach to client care.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, reinforcing the standards of practice within the organization.

• Act as a liaison to external service providers, governmental agencies, and community partners to enhance service delivery and resource allocation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
