Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate consultations for crisis planning, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment protocols as necessary.

• Ensure timely documentation of patient interactions aligned with regulatory standards to maintain compliance.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with clinical teams to inform treatment directions.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation procedures to uphold quality and compliance in service delivery.

• Act as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance service accessibility and resources.

• Develop and maintain communication channels with outside organizations to explore funding opportunities and strengthen community ties.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to meet evolving organizational needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in the mental health field is required.

• Possession of a valid independent LMHC license.
