Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

  Document all clinical interactions and progress notes in a timely and regulatory-compliant manner, ensuring that all required documentation meets established standards.

  Utilize evidence-based screening tools and best practices in collaboration with our clinical team to ensure effective treatment delivery.

  Work proactively with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

  Engage in all necessary licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with standards that govern our practice.

  Serve as a vital link between our clinic and relevant service systems, such as state agencies and community partners, to enhance client care and access to services.

  Establish and maintain effective communication channels to meet contract standards and promote the mission of the Mind Care Counseling Center within the community.
