Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, personalized assessments and screenings to evaluate each client’s substance abuse history and mental health status.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that effectively address addiction issues while also focusing on co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Lead engaging and therapeutic individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI) to promote recovery.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse treatment team, including physicians, nurses, and case managers, to ensure seamless communication and comprehensive care for each client.

Qualifications\n
