Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform in-depth assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans that prioritize each client’s needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities—including CBT, DBT, and EMDR—while delivering individual and group therapy sessions that empower clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Coordinate care with case managers and psychiatrists to ensure comprehensive and cohesive treatment for clients, fostering a collaborative approach that enhances client outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services, using effective strategies to manage acute distress and emergency situations, ensuring client safety and immediate support.

Qualifications\n
