Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and create pre-crisis and crisis plans in collaboration with clients and their support systems.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools to gather data and inform clinical decisions.

• Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to create and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client well-being.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the quality and integrity of our services.

• Serve as a liaison to community partners, service systems, and state agencies to strengthen collaboration in care delivery.

• Communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders to promote organizational mission and values.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
