Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client requirements. \n

- Serving as a liaison among various service systems, state authorities, and community partners, facilitating efficient communications and collaborations. \n
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication channels to fulfill contract standards and embody our mission in the community. \n

Your work will focus primarily on diverse patient populations, including individuals navigating mental health challenges, families dealing with substance use issues, and clients with development disabilities or acquired brain injuries. Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will possess:
