This full-time position will be conducted remotely, allowing you to help clients from the comfort of your own space while making a significant contribution to their recovery journeys. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), you will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of therapeutic activities aimed at promoting mental wellness among young adults aged 18 to 30. Your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct highly interactive group therapy sessions designed to encourage participants to share their personal experiences, build supportive connections, and learn new coping mechanisms.

• Individual Counseling: Provide tailored, one-on-one sessions focused on understanding clients’ thoughts and behaviors, helping them develop personalized coping strategies and actionable plans for their mental health journey.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create meaningful and individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals and circumstances, effectively guiding their therapeutic process.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools to systematically track client progress and outcomes, providing adaptive feedback to ensure ongoing improvement and alignment with therapeutic goals.

• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care and consult on complex client cases.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A valid and active Massachusetts Mental Health Counselor License (LMHC).

Preferred Experience\n
