Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate client concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively develop customized treatment plans in alignment with client goals.

• Deliver individual and group therapy and family therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness strategies tailored to individual client experiences.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support for clients facing acute mental health crises, employing de-escalation techniques as necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Document and maintain accurate, confidential records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to design comprehensive care plans that address co-occurring issues and facilitate client progress.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, various treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Stay informed on best practices in mental health through active participation in training, workshops, and continuing education initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• Active license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical or counseling setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
