Work Environment\n

This role is designed for a full-time commitment, working Monday through Friday, with no evening or weekend shifts required. Our remote work setting allows you to balance your professional commitments while delivering care to clients in an outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Brightside Health Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass various therapeutic and administrative tasks, including:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group sessions that encourage clients to share their experiences and learn from one another, fostering community and connection.

• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling designed to explore clients’ thoughts and behaviors, helping them develop effective coping strategies and action plans tailored to their needs.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized and goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their aspirations and challenges.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to regularly evaluate clients’ progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on adolescents and young adults aged 18 to 30. You will work within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), where you will help clients overcome mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your efforts will directly contribute to fostering their personal growth and recovery journey, ultimately aiming for their successful integration back into the community.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling).

• A valid LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) license in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
