Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that are reflective of each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of all clinical interactions, adhering to state and federal regulatory standards.

• Utilize various screening tools and assessment methodologies to measure client progress and inform treatment adjustments.

• Engage in crisis management and pre-crisis planning, serving as an essential resource for clients in moments of need.

• Act as a liaison to community partners, state agencies, and service systems to coordinate care and enhance service delivery.

• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives, attend relevant workshops, and contribute to statewide meetings.

• Support the agency’s mission and values by integrating them into everyday activities and interactions.

• Report directly to the Clinic Director, undertaking additional tasks as required.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a qualified mental health discipline is mandatory.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license in Massachusetts or the willingness to become licensed in Massachusetts with support from the organization.
