Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create detailed treatment plans that address individual client needs, developing pre-crisis and crisis plans, medication treatment plans, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior supports.

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards by completing required documentation promptly and accurately.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess client needs and progress as indicated in collaboration with the clinical team.
\n
• Implement positive behavior support plans with an emphasis on data-driven strategies, collaborating with program teams and other stakeholders.
\n
• Actively engage in the licensing and accreditation processes to ensure our services meet high standards of care.
\n
• Serve as a key liaison with state agencies, community partners, and other service systems to ensure clients have access to appropriate resources.
\n
• Facilitate open lines of communication with all stakeholders involved in client care to promote the mission and values of Brightside Health Center.
\n
• Establish connections with local, state, and federal agencies to promote our programs and identify new partnership opportunities and funding sources.
\n
• Engage in continued professional development through attending conferences, workshops, and other educational opportunities to enhance personal and professional growth.

• Embark on other assigned duties as directed by the Clinic Director to promote efficient clinic operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The role of the LMHC at Brightside Health Center primarily focuses on serving adults dealing with mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and other complex emotional challenges. Our team aims to provide a holistic and individualized approach, empowering clients to achieve independence and wellness through tailored treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An independent LMHC license is essential to practice in Massachusetts.
