Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans while providing consultations for crisis planning and behavior management.

• Ensure timely completion of all required documentation, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies as directed by the clinical team to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create, implement, and monitor positive behavior support plans that are tailored to each client's needs.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain compliance and uphold standards of care.

• Serve as a liaison to state agencies, community partners, and other relevant service systems to facilitate access to resources and support.

• Enhance communication both internally and externally to meet contractual obligations and uphold the organization’s mission.

• Develop and maintain relationships with local and state agencies to drive program promotion and identify funding opportunities.

• Participate in professional development activities, including conferences and training sessions, to remain current in best practices within the field.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC at Brightside Therapy Center, you will work primarily with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing emotional distress, substance use challenges, and developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
