Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of clients.

• Facilitate the creation of pre-crisis and crisis response plans, risk assessments, and medication treatment strategies.

• Ensure timely documentation that meets all regulatory requirements, using electronic health record systems to manage clinical records.

• Implement evidence-based practices and screening tools as directed by the clinical team.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and execute positive behavior support plans that align with our therapeutic goals.

• Engage with licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining compliance with industry standards.

• Build and maintain effective relationships with external service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance service delivery.

• Advocate for clients by establishing pathways to new alliances and funding sources that can support their needs.

• Pursue continued professional growth through attending conferences, workshops, and participating in task forces related to mental health care.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall program functions.
