Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries. Your role will involve regular check-ins to assess client progress, discuss stability, and plan for appropriate discharges.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are person-centered, adjusting strategies as necessary based on client feedback and progressing through therapeutic goals.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand the unique challenges each client faces and develop suitable therapeutic interventions.

• Document and maintain accurate and up-to-date progress notes for each client, ensuring all information complies with relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions, fostering a continuous growth mindset through constructive feedback and professional development.

• Collaborate actively with other healthcare professionals to create integrated treatment approaches, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each client's needs and circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on youth clients, where you will engage with children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
