Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including crisis intervention strategies and behavioral guidelines tailored to client needs.

• Completing and managing clinical documentation efficiently, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools to assess clients' mental health effectively.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client wellbeing.

• Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring the clinic maintains high standards of quality care.

• Serve as a liaison to various services, state agencies, and community partners, fostering relationships to improve client services.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure understanding of health initiatives and maintain the clinic's mission across the community.

• Engage with local, state, and federal organizations to identify potential partnerships and funding opportunities.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
