Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans for clients, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their mental health care.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant state agencies or community organizations to enhance service delivery and support networks.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure the success of the team and the organization.

Qualifications\n
