Work Environment\n

This role is designed for remote engagement, reflecting our commitment to flexibility and work-life balance. You will work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to provide patient care while maintaining your personal commitments. As part of our telehealth service, you will utilize secure digital platforms to conduct assessments, deliver therapy, and monitor client progress, ensuring ease of access for our clients seeking mental health support from the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, discussing treatment options and strategies for self-management.

• Continuously monitor clients’ progress in treatment, adjusting their plans as needed based on outcomes and feedback.

• Work alongside psychiatrists and other health professionals to ensure an integrated and holistic approach to patient care.

• Stay informed on recent advancements in mood disorder treatment to enhance your methodologies and clinical practices.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to elevate your clinical skills and knowledge base.

• Serve as a mental health advocate, educating the community on mood disorders and promoting their de-stigmatization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals facing challenges related to mood disorders, including major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. Your role is crucial in providing a safe space where clients feel understood and supported. Your interventions will aim to empower clients, equipping them with coping strategies and tools to manage their conditions effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

• Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, including CBT and DBT.

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology and collaborative practices with psychiatrists.

• Demonstrated success in achieving positive treatment outcomes for clients dealing with mood disorders.

• Exceptional communication skills and a capacity to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
