Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice caters to a diverse range of individuals from various backgrounds, including but not limited to adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, you will play a crucial role in delivering culturally competent care that acknowledges and respects the unique experiences and challenges faced by each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• Current licensure as an LCMHC in the state of Vermont.

• A comprehensive understanding of various evidence-based treatment methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in clinical mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
