Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that include reviewing students' personal histories and understanding their presenting concerns to identify risk factors.

• Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the diverse needs of each student, ensuring alignment with their academic and personal goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at promoting emotional resilience, effective coping mechanisms, and personal growth among students.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention, employing de-escalation strategies and making timely referrals for higher levels of care when necessary.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated treatment approach.

• Document all assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately, in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
