Work Environment\n

This remote position operates within an outpatient office framework, combining the comfort of a home-based work setup with the dynamic interactions of an educational institution. You will engage directly with students, parents, and staff, contributing to a positive school culture that prioritizes mental well-being. Our work schedule typically spans from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts and rotating weekend duties to ensure round-the-clock coverage for student mental health services. Additionally, as someone dedicated to student care, you may occasionally be required to be on-call to handle urgent mental health situations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for students, incorporating their personal histories, presenting issues, and potential risk factors.

• Design and execute customized treatment plans that collaboratively target specific mental health needs, facilitate emotional well-being, and support the students' integration into the school community.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Work alongside a network of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and management during mental health emergencies, effectively employing de-escalation techniques and coordinating referrals for higher levels of care as needed.

• Maintain meticulous, up-to-date documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

The primary focus of this role centers around the mental health needs of students ranging from early childhood through to graduation. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging between USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
