Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the specific needs and challenges faced by children and adolescents.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCMFT, LCSW, LCP, LCPC, or LSCSW in the state of Kansas is required.

• Demonstrated knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, with proficiency in a range of therapeutic modalities and approaches.

• Experience providing individual and family therapy to young clients, with a focus on building trust and rapport.

• Excellent communication skills, complemented by a compassionate, child-centered approach to therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive compensation package, with a salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, plus potential bonuses.
