Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health status to inform tailored treatment plans.

• Implementing individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of proven therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Collaborating effectively with clients to identify and set achievable therapeutic goals, monitoring their progress and making adjustments as needed.

• Providing teletherapy services to clients who may face geographical or physical barriers to in-person therapy.

• Maintaining precise documentation and record-keeping in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participating in continuous education and training to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay updated on the latest mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client base, ranging from adolescents to adults, who may be experiencing various mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• At minimum, a bachelor’s degree with preferred candidates holding a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage a varied caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While 2 years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role is required, preference will be given to candidates with a background in working with remote therapy environments, as well as those who have experience with diverse populations and varying mental health issues. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and documentation software is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and the volume of your caseload. In addition to financial compensation, we provide:
