Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' histories and identify suitable treatment modalities.

• Develop personalized treatment plans emphasizing trauma recovery and resilience based on individual assessments.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during individual and group therapy sessions.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, to deliver integrated care tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring safety and support for clients.

• Educate patients and families about trauma responses and coping strategies, and connect them with necessary resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals grappling with trauma and related mental health conditions. These clients may come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in trauma-focused treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
