Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for client interactions.

• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, guiding them to develop healthy coping mechanisms and resilience.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans, regularly reviewing progress and adapting strategies as necessary to reflect changes in their mental health status.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving stable, low-acuity adults who present with a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and stress management issues. Your role will be vital in helping clients enhance their quality of life by equipping them with practical skills and coping strategies, ultimately encouraging their journey towards better mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, unrestricted state-issued mental health counseling license (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW, PsyD) to practice independently. Note: We do not provide counselor supervision.

• No disciplinary actions or limitations associated with your professional license.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine sympathic nature, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth, including experience with video conferencing tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Access to a reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities alongside a stable internet connection.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the attractive salary package, successful candidates will receive a sign-on bonus as well as benefits that facilitate both professional and personal growth.
