Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to determine individualized treatment needs.
\n
• Provide individual and family therapy tailored to patients' unique circumstances, employing evidence-based practices that enhance therapeutic outcomes.
\n
• Complete all necessary documentation, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations, efficiently and accurately within specified timelines.
\n
• Develop and implement crisis plans and safety plans as required, along with relapse prevention and wellness plans to support patients in maintaining stable functioning.
\n
• Create comprehensive discharge plans to ensure a smooth transition and continued support for patients as they complete their therapy journey.
\n
• Adhere to all relevant federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and NEHS policies to ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to enhance clinical competencies.
\n
• Collaborate with colleagues through case consultations and agency meetings, sharing insights and best practices to collectively improve care.

• Complete all necessary licensure and mandatory training to maintain compliance and enhance professional practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Inspire Wellness Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families, each facing unique mental health challenges. Clients may present with various concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse. Your role will involve building strong therapeutic alliances and applying culturally responsive practices to meet the specific needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that leads to licensure.

• Current licensure as a qualified Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Georgia.

Preferred Experience\n

Prior experience in a community health setting is preferred, especially in working with diverse populations. Experience with evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) increases your candidacy, as does a demonstrated ability to document care effectively and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
