Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments by interviewing clients and documenting their mental, emotional, and behavioral health from the initial consultation to the conclusion of treatment.

• Develop individualized intervention and recovery plans in collaboration with clients that address their specific goals and challenges.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methods, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

• Regularly monitor client progress through structured evaluations and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Work alongside other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to create and coordinate effective treatment strategies.

• Provide follow-up care for clients referred to hospitals and ensure continuity of care upon their return.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Texas.

• A passing score on the NCE or NCMHCE examinations.

• Demonstrated experience in a mental health counseling role, showcasing the ability to manage a range of psychological conditions.

• Familiarity with common physical and emotional health disorders, alongside an understanding of addiction-related challenges.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective counseling and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus upon joining our team.
