Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele for this role includes individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who may be experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Many of our clients have limited access to traditional mental health services, making your role crucial in bridging this gap and providing them with the support they need.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is essential, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with a diverse range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
