Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to develop personalized treatment strategies tailored to individual needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities with clients, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group sessions, family therapy, and couple counseling, enhancing engagement and promoting inclusive discussions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, which includes psychiatrists and social workers, to create comprehensive care plans and ensure integrated support for clients.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, utilizing our systems for efficient care management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will be serving often come from diverse backgrounds with varying degrees of access to mental health care. Many are dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. You will play a crucial role in their healing journey, providing support and guidance that fosters resilience and promotes mental health stability. Your expertise will empower clients to navigate their challenges and build strategies for sustainable well-being.

Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience is necessary, particularly in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in specializations such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or treating substance use disorders is highly desirable.

• Previous experience working in a community health clinic or similar setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, with caseloads adjusted according to your availability and experience. In addition, you will receive client referrals and strong administrative support for billing and documentation, allowing you to focus more on client care and less on paperwork.
