Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups through various mediums, including video calls and teletherapy.

  • Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to each client's unique situation.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while effectively utilizing EMR (Electronic Medical Records) technology.

  • Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals and families experiencing a wide array of mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders to relationship issues. Your empathetic approach will help clients navigate their struggles, empowering them to take ownership of their healing journeys in collaboration with a supportive healthcare team.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.

  • Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with diverse client populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
