Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing you to provide care to clients from the comfort of your home while still being fully integrated into our outpatient office network. Our work culture promotes flexibility and autonomy, enabling you to manage your schedule around core hours of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. A degree of flexibility is expected to accommodate client needs, enhancing our responsiveness to patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients through virtual consultations, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused techniques to establish personalized treatment plans.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet individual client needs.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in documentation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care to clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of mental health services we provide.
\n
• Educate and empower clients and their families by providing information on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
\n
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the mental health field to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and informed therapeutic approaches.

Our clients are individuals seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrated proficiency in employing solution-based psychotherapy and successful therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong capacity for establishing rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex client cases.
