This position offers a flexible remote work setting that allows you to engage with clients through our advanced telehealth platforms, ensuring you can provide care from the comfort of your preferred location. While the role is primarily virtual, you will also have access to our outpatient office facilities in Cornelius, Oregon, for occasions when in-person collaboration or support is necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based counseling sessions to adults via secure live video platform, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the diverse needs of clients presenting with various emotional disorders.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our intuitive therapist portal, which facilitates efficient and secure data entry and retrieval.
\n
• Utilize automatically generated symptom assessments and functional improvement metrics to continuously evaluate and adapt treatment plans according to client progress.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatric providers and a community of therapists, ensuring comprehensive care delivery through shared insights and collective support.

• Engage with the Therapy Leadership Team for supervision, guidance, and ongoing professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse adult patient population, including those facing high anxiety, depression, trauma, and suicidal ideation. This role requires a genuine willingness to work with all demographics, recognizing the unique challenges they may face.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PSYD).

• An active, independent mental health counseling license in the state of practice (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC), with preference given to candidates holding multiple state licenses.

• Demonstrated commitment to culturally competent care and a welcoming approach to diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience providing clinical mental health services, with a particular focus on delivering care via telehealth.

Compensation and Benefits\n
