Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to establish individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to offer integrated care, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health treatment.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant clinical records in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Teen Therapy Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client population, primarily focusing on adolescents and young adults who face various mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

• A strong understanding of the legal and ethical standards governing the counseling profession.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, with the final offer dependent on experience and available caseload. Additional benefits include:
