Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a designated client caseload, establishing strong rapport to facilitate effective therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their progress, discussing stability and scheduling future appointments as necessary, while initiating discharge planning when appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and oversee person-centered treatment programs in partnership with clients to meet their individual needs.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and updated documentation for each client, including detailed progress notes to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Perform initial intake evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs and goals.
\n
• Commit to a specified number of individual therapy sessions each week, providing consistent support for clients.
\n
• Engage in one-on-one supervision sessions aimed at enhancing clinical skills and professional development.
\n
• Foster collaboration with other healthcare providers to coordinate and optimize client care.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse audience, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions. Our focus is on delivering personalized care tailored to the unique circumstances and backgrounds of each client. By leveraging your expertise, you will contribute significantly to their recovery journeys and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
\n
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
\n
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficiency in using computer systems for client management, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
\n
• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Comfortable performing intake assessments and formulating treatment plans based on initial evaluations.
\n

• Involvement in collaborative care settings and familiarity with integrative treatment models.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mind and Body Connect Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, alongside a fee-for-service model that maximizes earning potential.
