Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans for clients.

• Implement a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, families, and groups, addressing various mental health challenges with care and professionalism.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records following all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and workshops to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health and counseling practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and availability of caseload. In addition to competitive compensation, our benefits package includes:
