Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with primary care providers to identify, treat, and manage mental health and psychosocial issues as a contributing member of the healthcare team.

• Conduct thorough patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic evaluations, and provide insights to guide treatment planning effectively.

• Deliver brief, focused interventions to patients requiring mental health services and monitor their progress through regular follow-ups.
\n
• Assess patients to determine whether they can be effectively treated in a primary care setting or require referrals to specialty mental health facilities.
\n
• Document patients' diagnostic information and progress in treatment plans while keeping primary care providers informed of developments.
\n
• Develop relapse prevention plans aimed at helping patients maintain stable functionality and adapt healthy lifestyle choices.
\n
• Assist in identifying 'at risk' patients and take proactive measures to prevent the worsening of their mental health conditions.
\n
• Coordinate health services related to behavioral care and facilitate communication between patients and outside treatment providers as permitted.
\n
• Provide self-management skills training and educational information to empower patients in their own treatment and recovery journey.
\n
• Consult with clinic management and team members regarding behavioral services and contribute to program evaluations.
\n
• Ensure adherence to the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals while carrying out other assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 87,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
