Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy strategies for each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, incorporating diverse modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in adherence to ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and informed consent at all times.

• Foster collaborative relationships with peers, healthcare professionals, and support services to ensure holistic care for your clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, remaining informed about recent mental health research and therapeutic techniques.

• Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software for documentation and tracking client progress effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and the caseload you manage.
