Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health issues.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and strengths, facilitating informed treatment planning.

• Develop and customize evidence-based treatment plans tailored specifically to meet the unique needs of each client, regularly evaluating progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals and community resources to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Document client interactions and treatment interventions accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Utilize approved telehealth platforms effectively to deliver services, manage documentation, and maintain client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will span a broad range, from children and adolescents to adults and seniors, each facing various mental health challenges. You will work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more, allowing you to apply your expertise in diverse therapeutic settings. Your role will be critical in helping clients develop coping strategies, improve communication skills, and foster resilience in their daily lives.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or clinical settings, with a strong focus on direct client care.
