Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to gather insights into patients' trauma histories and establish individualized treatment approaches.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate detailed treatment plans that emphasize recovery and resilience building tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate trauma healing.

• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment where patients can safely process their trauma and develop effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care, addressing co-occurring conditions as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
