Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' trauma histories and collaboratively formulate appropriate treatment strategies.

• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, resilience, and personal growth, ensuring each patient is at the center of their healing process.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), in both individual and group therapy settings.

• Deliver impactful therapy sessions designed to help patients process trauma experiences, acquire effective coping mechanisms, and promote emotional healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic and integrated care for all patients.
\n
• Provide timely crisis intervention to support individuals experiencing trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and community resources that may enhance their recovery efforts.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring the highest quality of care.

• Engage in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and strategies that enhance our trauma-informed care approach.

• Stay informed about the latest research and therapeutic practices in trauma treatment to continually improve your skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The individuals you will serve are primarily trauma survivors, including those coping with PTSD, complex trauma, and various dissociative disorders. The clinic's mission revolves around fostering resilience and empowerment, helping clients not only heal from their past experiences but also develop the necessary tools for maintaining mental well-being moving forward.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Oregon is required.
\n
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and trauma-related disorders, along with familiarity in utilizing various trauma-focused therapies.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy.
\n
• Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in high-stress situations, ensuring professional care to those in need.
\n
• Competence using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant clinical software.
\n
• A collaborative spirit to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a relevant clinical setting, with a demonstrated record of working specifically with trauma survivors.

Compensation and Benefits\n
